Great experience. Recent warranty claim on some down lights installed approx 18 months ago. One of them had stopped working (random hardware fault, no issue with workmanship) but they replaced quickly under warranty no questions asked, pretty happy about that!

My solar hot water tank rusted out and flooded all over the place. Sarros Group installed a Rheem tankless instant gas hot water system. It works very well and I do not need to worry about a tank rusting out in the future. I believe instant tankless gas or electric systems are the way to go, much cheaper than getting a solar system upfront and in autumn and winter not much sun anyway. I have had gas tank, electric tank and solar tank hot water systems in the past and will choose tankless in the future, such a little system that heats the same as the systems with the tank. If Australia had nuclear power I would have chosen a instant tankless electric hot water system instead of gas however under our current circumstances I went with gas as it could be cheaper to run long term. I have solar panels for the rest of the electrical needs in the house together with electricity from the grid, have not had any issues with solar panels in general and they do make a difference, but not much in autum and winter.Sarros Group has a smooth quoting and booking process. The electrician and plumber were professional. Had a ceiling light replaced also in the dining room. I would highly recommend Sarros Group for your electrical and plumbing needs. In the photos you can see the solar tank hot water system that rusted out and burst, and the small, compact wall mounted Rheem Instant gas system.

Great service of a new exhaust fan out in bathroom. Came out same day and was polite and respected a sleeping baby in the house. Fast job done and looks great.

have just had Sarros electrical do some work on my house, adding 15 new downlights to replace my old light fittings, including installing 2 new lights and switches in my hallway and replacing 3 halogen lights in the kitchen with LED downlights, also adding a dimmer switch, installing a new fan in my bathroom and replacing a single wall plug with a double plug and installing a new double wall plug through my wall, not an easy job, but Brad and his young team did an excellent job with running cables all through the ceiling and cutting new holes for the new fittings, i am glad i didn't have to go through the ceiling manhole. All this and they cleaned up fantastically at the end of the job. Wish i had changed the lights ages ago, now my house is looking much more modern and better than i could have imagined. I and a friend have used Sarros electrical on three occasions last year and always found them to be professional in their work and business practices. I recommend them to anyone who needs a good electrician and who will not rip you off. They offer free quotes and do what they say. Cheers.
