An eligible written quotation must be submitted to Sarros Electrical and must:

1. Be from a competitor’s onsite visit and be for the same work:

The competitor’s written quote needs to have been created onsite after a visual, in-person inspection by a WA licensed electrician and not done remotely, such as via the internet or by phone.

The written quote must match the scope of work exactly. Any deviations, including differences in parts, brands, or specifications, must be pre-approved by Sarros Electrical.

The written quotation must include the same parts (brand, unit, and SKU) and they must be readily available. Parts must be brand new, factory-sealed, and not discounted through sales, clearances, or trade, contract, or commercial pricing.

Sarros Electrical reserves the right to decide if similar parts or parts without a specified branding are deemed to be substantially similar in quality, purpose, and nature.

2. Comply with electrical safety and licensing standards

We always put safety and compliance first and won’t beat a quote that cuts corners or fails to address compliance issues down the line!

3. Be current; from the last 30 days

The onsite written quotation needs to have been completed within the last 30 days from the day Sarros Electrical evaluates its eligibility.

4. Be from an eligible, major competitor.

The competitor must be a major, Perth-based, and fully licensed electrician company with a physical office and a team of at least five licensed electricians that are currently actively working.

You must submit your written quotation to a Sarros Electrical employee or by email with reference to your Sarros Electrical quotation if one has been provided.

Sarros Electrical reserves the right to determine which quotations are from eligible competitors and whether the above conditions are satisfactorily met.

Our assessment is based on transparency, fairness, and alignment with current industry standards. If your competitor’s quote is ineligible, we will notify you and provide clear reasons for the decision.
