Overall very pleased with instalation of our EV wall charger which included a complete upgrade of our meter box. The only hiccup came with commissioning of the unit which had to be deferred for a day because we inadvertently gave them the wrong password to our WiFi.

I needed a sensor light installed. For no reason, apart from the electrician our apartment block normally uses being rude and abrasive, I picked Sarros completely on spec. Good move! From my initial call to their reception, to Matthew coming to give me a quote, to Liam providing the installation, their service was exceptional - efficient, courteous, punctual and very professional.... with their fee being very reasonable as well. I was impressed.Being our complex's spokesman I have requested our strata manager use Sarros for future electrical work at our block of apartments. I could not have asked for a better service. Highly recommended!
